Getting Fired Up for National Apprenticeship Week 2020

31 January 2020

Responsive have built an enviable reputation for our desire to train and qualify in house via many NVQ apprenticeship routes such as Non Destructive Testing overseen by Skills Training UK and Business Administration apprenticeship provided by Gen2 and Lakes College.

Our commitment as a small SME not only for new apprentices but also retraining and academically qualifying current staff will continue and is one of the many reasons to work for Responsive.

Lee Grears – Managing Director of the Group says “Responsive has an expectation of our staff that learning is at the forefront of their employment. The need to retrain and up-skill to suit the demanding, ever changing and challenging needs of a small business is what keeps our business current and able to harness excellent relationships with our clients”

Responsive in numbers have 4 NVQ Level 3 Apprentices currently studying and gaining qualification in Non Destructive Testing and 2 NVQ Apprentices in business and administration. Additional to this we also have a degree apprentice studying NDT.
